MEGA P&C Wins 2024 DEI Employer Award

Recently, the 2024 DEI Employer® Awards (China) Gala Dinner, hosted by the globally renowned employer branding organization Employer Branding Institute, was grandly held in Dunhuang on August 26. MEGA P&C was honored with the 2024 "DEI Employer Award" for its outstanding performance in talent development, employee care, and corporate culture and values. This recognition highlights MEGA P&C's long-standing efforts in promoting workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as its significant influence and corporate value within the industry.
The award selection process lasted six months, evaluating 635 renowned domestic and international companies across 97 industries based on 104 indicators in 10 categories and 21 dimensions of DEI practices. MEGA P&C stood out as an employer achieving excellence in the DEI field. A video showcasing MEGA P&C's corporate image will also be displayed on the Nasdaq screen in Times Square, New York, sharing the company's story with the world.
Since its founding in 2002, MEGA P&C has adhered to and practiced core values of integrity, accountability, high efficiency, and team cohesion. Among these, "team cohesion" represents the company's commitment to creating a workplace environment where every employee feels respected and dignified. This value aligns closely with DEI principles, forming the unique cultural foundation of MEGA P&C. Additionally, as a sub-topic under the social (S) theme of ESG, DEI is a crucial part of corporate ESG development strategies. Therefore, actively practicing DEI is a key pillar in MEGA P&C's sustainable development blueprint.

Our employees come from 27 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and two special administrative regions, and include members of ethnic minorities and military veterans.. Notably, 50% of our senior executives are women. According to survey data¹, in 2024, the global average for women in senior management roles in mid-market companies was 33.5%, with the figure for Chinese companies at 33%. This demonstrates that MEGA P&C far exceeds both domestic and international averages in promoting women's career development.
